Snohomish County Early Learning Coalition advocates at the state and local level for early learning
The Snohomish County Early Learning Coaltion (ELC) has partnered with the Washington Communities for Children, a statewide network, and the Northwest Early Learning Coalition (NWEL) to advance systems change in the early learning sector.
Currently, the ELC created the Early Learning Leadership Council to advance progress for local early learning initiatives in Snohomish County.
